Light and resistant, drums by Sterivalves are sanitary. The drum has clamp closure for its lid and other accessories on request, such as handles, trunks and visual indicators. In fact, as all Sterivalves products, also our drums are fully customizable, since our company always pays the utmost attention to the needs of each customer.
The Docking System by Sterivalves is the automatic valve opening system that can be placed on a gravity discharge station. This guarantees the possibility to manage more valves with a single device. In addition, the Docking System makes possible the high/low coupling, both vertically and horizontally, with a tilting system to compensate for docking errors.
Designed to aid in the discharge of powders from inside bins, hoppers, containers and piping of various types the high pulse frequency vibrator easily adheres to smooth, round surfaces without the need for welding or screws. The special vacuum fixing guarantees a strong connection between the vibrator and the surface. It is possible to adjust the frequency of the vibrations by varying the air pressure used.
The Steriflange is a mounting flange that is used to interface valves belonging to the modular system. It is designed to be welded onto piping or machinery to allow quick and ergonomic disconnection of the valve for inspection or cleaning. The Steriflage can be supplied with a “bayonet” system for quick assembly by a single operator. It is equipped with o-rings that make the system tight. Its height can be customized according to customer requirements.
Gear by Sterivalves is a quarter turn reducer that can be operated manually with a handwheel, or automatically for the opening and closing of a butterfly. This interception mechanism allows to intervene in full safety on the plant in every case of need of opening or closing of the product flow. Gear is the reducer that can be installed on all systems with butterfly valves that require both manual and automatic opening or closing. The reducer is extremely versatile as it can be customized according to the customer’s needs.
The Silcap is a cap used to protect the valve or end caps with Steriflange profile, limiting the possibility of cross-contamination after unloading/loading containers. It also has a dust free connection function, in fact thanks to a suitable modification and the aid of a centering system it favors product exchanges inside a drum or container without any product dispersion. Silcap is designed so that it can be easily inspected and cleaned, even according to CIP and SIP procedures. Moreover, as all products by Sterivalves, also Silcap can be customized according to the customer’s needs and to the characteristics of the plant where it has to be installed.
The Quick Release System by Sterivalves allows the connection between the actuator and the valve that allows the disassembly with Clamp closure, therefore without the use of tools. Like all accessories designed by Sterivalves, the Quick Release System allows to assemble and disassemble components according to inspection and cleaning needs, making such operations easier, more practical and safer.
